User Documentation

A complete A–Z guide to every NextCore FMWSB feature. No tour needed — read through this page and you'll learn lead import, automated campaigns, follow-ups, the admin panel, and everything in between.

NextCore FMWSB is an all-in-one WhatsApp + SMS + Email follow-up & bulk marketing platform built for Bangladesh. After signing up you pick a plan — pricing starts at ৳500/month (Basic). There is no free plan.

    Go to the homepage and click "Choose your plan".

    Sign up with email + password, or continue with Google.
  3. 3
    Verify your email if a link arrives, then you'll land on the /app dashboard.

    First connect at least one channel (WhatsApp / SMS / Email) from the Integrations page.
  5. 5
    Then go to Leads, import your contacts, and send your first campaign from Send.
Sending requires an active subscription. If it expires, sending pauses — but no data is deleted.
